Meet Vivian

Vivian is the founder and Managing Director of No Limits Operational Excellence.

As a former Operations Director for Europe for a Fortune 500 company, Vivian developed world-class experience on how to leverage OpEx and deliver breakthrough P&L and KPI results. Her leadership and her ability to build new Leaders and high-performing Teams was successful in challenging situations such as the global economic crisis, business restructuring, consolidation of operations, realization of financial gains from M&As.

As a former C-suite Executive Coach for one of the top 3 car manufacturers in the world, Vivian supported the achievement of Strategy Deployment goals by helping senior Managers of various departments raise their awareness, change their mindsets and support cross-functional teams to deliver shared objectives.

As a former Corporate master OpEx trainer, Vivian designed & implemented customized Corporate OpEx training programs for international companies. Her “learning by doing” approach helped clients develop their OpEx capability and improve EBITDA. In this role Vivian gained experience in how to take a global OpEx plan and make it work in different geographies with different cultures and different languages.

Vivian holds an MBA and an MSc. She loves playing tennis & bicycling and enjoys sailing in the Mediterranean with family and friends.
